Terms of Use

These Terms explain the conditions that apply when using the Elcorp Namibia website, purchasing digital products or accessing professional resources provided through our divisions.

Effective date: 14 October 2026

Please read these Terms carefully

Individual products may also include specific licence terms or instructions that apply in addition to these general Terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Elcorp Namibia website, digital products, professional resources and related services.

By using this website, purchasing or downloading a product, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. About Elcorp Namibia

Elcorp Namibia is a Namibia-based digital brand developing digital products, professional resources, media and technology solutions.

Elcorp Namibia operates specialised divisions, including ELCORP HEALTH, which focuses on professional healthcare resources.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal, professional and business purposes related to learning about Elcorp Namibia, viewing our products, contacting us and purchasing or accessing authorised digital resources.

You must not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, introduces malicious software, violates applicable law, or infringes the rights of Elcorp Namibia or any third party.

4. Digital Products

Elcorp Namibia may offer downloadable digital products such as templates, spreadsheets, documents, guides, checklists, workbooks and other professional resources.

Product descriptions, included files, formats, intended uses and licence terms will be displayed on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation.

Digital products may be updated, expanded, redesigned or discontinued over time.

A product marked "Coming Soon" or "In Development" is not yet available for completed purchase unless an active checkout or purchase option is specifically provided.

Prices displayed for products that are not yet available may represent planned or launch pricing and may change before the product becomes available for purchase.

5. Product Licences

Unless a product page or separate licence states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product in accordance with the licence purchased.

An individual licence is intended for use by the purchasing individual. A facility, team or organisational licence may permit broader internal use where this is specifically stated.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, design, source material, trademarks or copyright.

6. Prohibited Product Use

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, share, copy for unrelated third parties, or make Elcorp Namibia digital products available for download by others.

You may not remove or deliberately conceal copyright, trademark, attribution or licence information where such information forms part of the product.

You may not represent an Elcorp Namibia product as your own original commercial product.

7. Orders and Payments

Where paid products are offered, orders and payments may be processed through an authorised third-party commerce or payment provider.

Customers must provide accurate information necessary to complete the transaction and deliver the purchased product.

We do not ask customers to send full payment-card details, passwords or authentication codes by ordinary email.

A purchase is not complete until the applicable checkout or payment provider confirms successful payment or otherwise confirms the transaction.

8. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Elcorp Namibia website are in United States dollars (USD).

The price applicable to a purchase will be shown on the relevant product or checkout page before the customer completes payment.

Prices may change at any time before a purchase is completed.

Applicable taxes, duties, payment-processing requirements, currency conversion amounts or other charges required by the checkout or payment provider may be displayed or calculated during checkout.

A customer's bank, card issuer or other financial institution may also apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges. Such charges are outside the control of Elcorp Namibia.

9. Digital Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment through download links, customer portals, email delivery or another stated digital method.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account or customer account used for the purchase.

No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Elcorp Namibia Refund Policy and, where applicable, the policies and obligations of the payment platform processing the transaction.

Because many products are delivered digitally and may become accessible immediately after purchase, eligibility for refunds may depend on the circumstances of the request and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Elcorp Namibia name, logos, website design, product names, written content, graphics, digital resources, templates and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Elcorp Namibia.

ELCORP HEALTH and other Elcorp division names, visual identities and product names may also be protected as brand assets.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Elcorp Namibia trademarks, logos or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Healthcare and Professional Resources

ELCORP HEALTH products are professional organisational, educational and management resources. They are not intended to replace applicable laws, professional standards, institutional policies, Ministry of Health requirements, clinical guidelines, formal training or the professional judgement of qualified healthcare practitioners.

Healthcare organisations and professionals remain responsible for ensuring that any resource they use is appropriate for their jurisdiction, professional role, institution and circumstances.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Elcorp Namibia does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or individual patient-specific clinical advice through its downloadable professional products.

13. Accuracy and Product Information

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about our products and services. However, we do not guarantee that every website description, preview, illustration or example will be free from minor errors or remain unchanged indefinitely.

Product screenshots, mockups and examples may be used for illustration. The relevant product description should be reviewed before purchase for the current contents and formats.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and products may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, payment platforms, digital-delivery services, email providers, analytics services or social-media platforms.

Elcorp Namibia does not control the availability, security practices, privacy practices or independent terms of third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website reasonably available but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access.

The website may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, security issues, network failures or circumstances outside our control.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elcorp Namibia is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on our website or digital resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, licence terms and intended use before completing a purchase.

Customers are also responsible for safely storing downloaded files and maintaining backups of resources they rely on.

Professional users remain responsible for reviewing and adapting resources appropriately before using them in their workplace or organisation.

18. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may restrict or terminate access to services, customer accounts, downloads or licensed materials where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, repeated violation of licence terms or unauthorised redistribution.

Any such action will be taken subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Namibia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights that may apply to a customer in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that a customer is entitled to under applicable mandatory law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our website, products, payment arrangements, licence models or business practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable effective date.
